在法國的時候，其實很多時候都是一個人。一個人去吃東西，一個人去逛街。原因不是因為沒朋友，而是因為自己要逛要吃的東西，不一定朋友也剛好想逛想吃。
之前來到巴黎之前做功課的時候無意中看到這間cafe ，覺得他的可麗餅折得好特別，下定決心一定要來吃! 上網查了一下，crepe 跟 Galette 的差別在於以下:
Technically, a crêpe is a thin pancake that’s made in a special crêpe pan or on a griddle. The batter is made ahead so that the flour swells and the air from beating dissipates. Crêpes are fried in butter and either sprinkled with sugar or filled with more elaborate toppings like ham, cheese and eggs.
A galette is a form of crêpe made with buckwheat flour. But the word is also used to describe many flat round cakes of various sizes, including potato pancakes and open-faced fruit tarts with gathered edges. The notion of the galette is said to have been invented in the Neolithic era, when mushy cereal paste was spread over hot stones.

所以兩者用的麵粉不同。eHow 在這裡說:

我傾向於這個解釋，畢竟我昰在法國才知道有Galette 的存在的! 然後這家店在日本有分店。
Breizh’s Cafe的地點在巴黎第四區，屬於雅痞區。這裡賣的是Vanessa Bruno，repetto ， Acne Studio 這些品牌，酷酷的，風格獨樹一幟。
我一個人來到Breizh’s Cafe 排隊，然後點了個豬肉捲 + 雞蛋的Galette ，飲料是蜂蜜酒，比想像中的不甜，有氣泡的感覺。不過，我必須要說，這道是點錯了。那時候看著琳瑯滿目的菜單，真不知道要從什麼口味下手。這個豬肉捲的豬位很重，我覺得不是亞洲人會喜歡的口味。
這個甜點是隔壁桌的韓國母女點來吃的，他們借給我拍照。在等待的時候我們就聊起了天，這對韓國母女，女兒在韓國當牙醫，很孝順的帶著媽媽來巴黎散心。上面的水果是無花果 + 甜梨~這道好吃!
雖然說第一次的鹹點經驗讓我有點小失望，不過我覺得再給Breizh’s cafe一次機會。當朋友從德國來巴黎找我的時候，我們再一起來吃了一次。 這次兩個鹹點我們都吃得津津有味~非常好吃:)
我記得有一個昰菠菜 + 蛋，另一個昰蕃茄 + 蘑菇。
有機會來巴黎一定要來朝聖一下哦!
